Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Conduct product demos and present business value to HR and People leaders
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to drive revenue growth
  • Accurately forecast and manage opportunities within the CRM
  • Develop expertise in employee benefits, HR technology, and the competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably within HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Desire to move into a full-cycle closing role
  • Experience selling to HR, People Operations, Talent, or Benefits teams is a plus
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
