Account Executive

We're looking for a high-velocity, consultative account executive who can own a full sales cycle in the mid-market segment — with the ability to swim upstream into enterprise. This is a remote role with the expectation that you'll be strategically placed in market and proactive about building your own pipeline. Demand gen will supplement your efforts but will not be the primary source of your deals. If you need a full top-of-funnel to hit quota, this isn't the right fit.

You'll sell a complex operational solution where ROI and talk track are the differentiators — not feature depth. The ability to lead with business value, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, and build trust with operations leaders is critical.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first call through close — all done remotely
  • Source the majority of your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and network — demand gen covers ~20% of quota at most
  • Run discovery and ROI-led conversations with operations, finance, and executive stakeholders
  • Close mid-market deals per quarter at an average ACV of ~$47K within a 40–50 day cycle
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM; operate with discipline and transparency

Experience

  • 5–7 years of SaaS or high-tech B2B sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline — not reliant on inbound or SDR support
  • Experience selling operationally complex solutions where ROI and business case drive the close, not the product demo
  • Track record of full-cycle, remote sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Comfortable selling into operations, finance, or executive buyers in mid-market companies

Must Have:

  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation — referrals, cold outreach, and network-driven
  • Ability to build and deliver a compelling ROI narrative and talk track without leaning on product features
  • Organized, disciplined, and independently motivated — operates without heavy management
  • Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders in complex or multi-party buying cycles

Nice to Background

  • Experience at high-velocity SaaS companies with similar deal profiles (e.g., ServiceTitan, Samsara, BuildOps, or comparable operational software)
  • Familiarity with construction, facilities, field service, or related operational verticals
  • Experience selling into or alongside multi-family real estate, property management, or the broader proptech ecosystem — understanding of the building ownership/operations buying process is a plus
  • VC backed high growth company experience
