  • Track record of $1M+ in annual revenue production selling into mid-market and large enterprise organizations (100+ employees).
  • Strong experience structuring and closing multi-year contracts with recurring revenue components.
  • Highly effective at prospecting and building executive-level relationships (C-suite, VP, Director) across industries such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, and commercial services.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
  • Technically fluent with CRM systems and modern sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, virtual collaboration platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Source, develop, and close net-new enterprise opportunities within mid-market and Fortune-level accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and handoff.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, implementation, and delivery teams to scope and deliver customized solutions.
  • Lead a consultative sales process to design tailored offerings aligned to customer security, technology, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue targets ($1M+), with emphasis on multi-year agreements and recurring revenue.
