The company is modernizing how businesses liquidate and trade used enterprise technology, including servers, GPUs, networking equipment, storage devices, and other IT hardware.

Today, much of this market operates through fragmented buyer networks, spreadsheets, email, and manual compliance processes. The company is developing a unified platform that combines buyer management, regulatory compliance, marketplace transactions, AI-powered automation, and pricing intelligence.

The company has raised approximately $5.5 million across its seed and pre-seed financing rounds, with backing from Bling Capital and Zero Infinity Partners. Their founding team brings experience from Google, Bridgewater Associates, investment banking, and private equity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Product Lead who can bridge software engineering, product development, and customer engagement.

This individual will work directly alongside the CTO and founding team to translate complex customer problems into scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer or technical product leader who has experience owning products end-to-end, leading technical initiatives, and working directly with customers.

This is not a traditional product management position. The successful candidate must be comfortable writing production code while simultaneously owning product strategy, customer relationships, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own relationships with this company's design partners, translating customer needs into product requirements and engineering priorities.
• Work directly with the CTO to define product architecture, prioritize development, and deliver production software.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and identify opportunities to automate complex operational workflows.
• Contribute hands-on to software development across compliance, marketplace execution, and data analytics.
• Develop intuitive products for nontechnical users operating in complex, highly regulated markets.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.
• Help establish product development processes as the engineering organization grows.
• Work across multiple technical domains rather than focusing exclusively on a single application layer.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning software products or technical initiatives from conception through production.
• Experience leading engineers, managing technical projects, or taking significant ownership of product development.
• Strong hands-on coding capabilities and willingness to contribute directly to production software.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  • Financial markets, trading platforms, or financial technology.
  • B2B marketplaces, auctions, or transaction platforms.
  • Regulatory compliance software or heavily regulated industries.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical architecture and executable development plans.
• Experience leveraging modern AI development tools.
• Strong understanding of product design, usability, and software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing pricing, trading, or marketplace infrastructure.
• Exposure to compliance workflows, KYC, export controls, or financial regulations.
• Understanding of economics, liquidity, asset pricing, and depreciation.
• Previous experience at an early-stage technology startup.
• Experience building software for nontechnical or operationally focused users.
• Interest in enterprise hardware, physical commodities, or secondary markets.
