The Store Operations Specialist will support store operations and compliance programs across multiple states by monitoring requirements, tracking KPIs and training completion, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding action items. This role will partner with Store Operations, Legal, IT, Merchandising, and field leadership to resolve operational issues, support compliance initiatives, document processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable reviewing reports to determine next steps and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
