We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, Global Data Center Retrofits to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale retrofit initiatives across global data center portfolio.

This role will oversee mission-critical infrastructure upgrades including electrical, mechanical, cooling, sustainability, capacity expansion, automation, and operational improvement projects spanning dozens of active data center campuses worldwide. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between Engineering, Construction, Operations, Commissioning, Procurement, Finance, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and with minimal impact to live operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong combination of data center construction expertise, program leadership, stakeholder management, and experience executing projects within highly regulated, operationally critical environments.
