What you'll do

• Shape the roadmap and own features.
  • Partner with our Product Lead to prioritize, scope, and evolve the platform from a technical perspective. Own features from definition through launch.
• Write clear, technically informed specs.
  • Translate business needs into requirements. Surface dependencies, edge cases, data implications, integrations, and affected workflows before development begins.
• Bring the right people in early.
  • Work with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to resolve open questions and make sure work is ready for development.
• Scope integrations and implementations.
  • Define requirements across APIs, CRM, email, SSO, data migrations, configuration, and other enterprise systems.
  • Support customer rollouts with Engineering and Customer Success.
• Turn patterns into product.
  • Spot recurring needs across customers and turn them into reusable capabilities, configurable integrations, better tooling, and self-serve functionality.
