Project Manager / Estimator

We're looking for a highly motivated Project Manager/Estimator to join our team, working out of our office with responsibility for projects across the surrounding region.

What You'll Do

You'll own your own book of projects from first contact through final close-out. On the front end, that means building relationships with customers, architects, owners, engineers, and general contractors — whether that's fielding inbound calls, cold calling, or stopping by properties to scope potential work. You'll perform takeoffs from blueprints and existing structures, build estimates, and write client proposals, managing the sales process all the way through contract award.

Once a project lands, you're responsible for seeing it through: coordinating schedules, working with engineers on project details and change orders, managing budgets, POs, billing, and warranty requests. You'll run site visits, oversee QA/QC and safety inspections, and interact directly with superintendents and foremen to keep timelines and expectations on track. Maintaining complete, accurate job files and ensuring timely billing and collections will also fall under your scope.

Beyond individual projects, you'll play an active role in business development — building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients to help grow our presence in the market.
