DAY TO DAY: We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team, building and maintaining mission-critical software across the full stack. You'll work on both frontend and backend systems, collaborating closely with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable, scalable features. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack features across frontend (React) and backend (Java) services

• Architect scalable solutions and contribute to technical design decisions

• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (Azure)

• Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage and quality standards

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps practices

• Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and contribute to engineering best practices • Produce clear technical documentation for architecture and design decisions
