DAY TO DAY:

The Director of Insurance Product Management leads the delivery and execution of technology solutions supporting insurance operations and business capabilities. This role partners with business, technology, operations, actuarial, compliance, finance, data, and vendor teams to establish priorities, manage roadmaps, and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively.

The Director oversees a portfolio of insurance systems, including policy administration, servicing, workflow, document management, data exchange, and related platforms. Responsibilities include requirements and backlog oversight, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, delivery coordination, business readiness, and continuous improvement. The role also manages and mentors a team of Product Managers while resolving cross-functional dependencies and delivery challenges.
