Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, highly sophisticated CFO to lead a large construction subcontracting and workforce-services business. This individual will oversee the financial organization while helping modernize systems, processes, and infrastructure and supporting continued growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, accounting, reporting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Oversee project accounting and financial performance across multiple scopes of work.
• Partner closely with operations to improve profitability, controls, and financial visibility.
• Modernize financial systems, processes, reporting, and organizational structure.
• Navigate the complexities of union labor, manpower, payroll, insurance, and multiple operating functions.
• Build and develop a strong finance and accounting organization.
• Provide both strategic leadership and hands-on financial oversight.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth, risk management, and long-term business strategy.
