You'll primarily work outside supporting underground installation activities. This is a hands-on and physical position that's ideal for someone who enjoys working outside, staying active, and learning by doing.

What You'll Do

• Support underground and above ground installation activities on the data center campus
• Perform hands-on construction and installation work
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Assist experienced team members with daily field activities
• Follow project plans and instructions from field leadership
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements
• Learn new installation techniques and construction skills on the job

What They're Looking For

• No previous data center experience required*
• Reliable and consistently shows up ready to work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors
• Willing and eager to learn
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Construction, warehouse, landscaping, utilities, installation, or general labor experience is a plus—but not required

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 40-50 hours/week (Overtime Eligible)
