We are seeking a Senior ITOM / CMDB Engineer to help drive the maturity of our ServiceNow platform and service-centric operating model. This role will be responsible for CMDB health, discovery, service mapping, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities that enable improved visibility, observability, automation, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
• Establish and maintain accurate configuration, application, and service data aligned with CSDM principles.
• Improve CMDB data quality, governance, and operational processes.
• Integrate observability and monitoring platforms with ServiceNow to enhance incident, change, and service impact workflows.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, and service owners to model business services and dependencies.
• Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
