Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for the project, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Manage daily field operations, manpower, material deliveries, equipment logistics, and work sequencing while maintaining adherence to project schedules and key milestones. Conduct daily safety meetings, site inspections, and quality control reviews to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, Google standards, contract requirements, and company policies. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, commissioning teams, and client representatives to resolve field issues, mitigate schedule impacts, and maintain project progress. Maintain accurate daily reports, track project documentation including RFIs and change orders, lead coordination meetings, monitor subcontractor performance, and proactively identify and resolve construction, safety, quality, and logistics challenges to support the successful delivery of a mission-critical data center facility.
