The OFE Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) for the data center development projects. This role oversees the planning, procurement coordination, logistics, delivery, installation readiness, and commissioning support of critical data center infrastructure equipment including electrical, mechanical, networking, and IT systems. The OFE Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, equipment suppliers, design teams, general contractors, commissioning teams, and site operations to ensure equipment is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with project requirements.

The successful candidate will lead multiple concurrent projects across various stages of development and construction, managing complex supply chains, vendor relationships, risk mitigation strategies, and project schedules. This role requires exceptional project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of mission-critical facility infrastructure.
