seeking two experienced Program Managers to join its growing Technology organization. These individuals will manage complex, enterprise-wide programs and initiatives across both business and technology teams.
The Technology organization is growing rapidly, with a portfolio of programs expanding faster than internal resources can support. The immediate need is for experienced Program Managers who can hit the ground running, independently lead complex initiatives, and deliver results with minimal ramp-up time.
These roles are also intended to build a strong internal bench of talent, with the potential for long-term, full-time opportunities for high-performing consultants.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs from planning through implementation and organizational adoption.
- Manage programs that span both business and technology functions, bringing stakeholders together around shared goals and outcomes.
- Lead business change management, training coordination, communications, and implementation activities as needed.
- Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, issues, and governance.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive-level discussions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives and EVPs.
- Make thoughtful, independent decisions and proactively solve problems without requiring significant direction or hand-holding.
- Navigate ambiguity and complex organizational environments while maintaining strong program governance.
- Build strong relationships across Technology and business teams and ensure both groups remain aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
- Adapt quickly to new priorities and projects as business needs evolve.
Current Program Areas
Program assignments will be project agnostic and may span a variety of areas across the organization. Current and anticipated initiatives include:
- Cybersecurity and enterprise security initiatives
- Digital transformation, including web and mobile applications
- Enterprise technology implementations
- ERP and supply chain initiatives
- Business transformation and organizational change
- Other strategic enterprise technology programs
The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into whatever high-priority initiative needs strong program leadership rather than specializing in one specific technology or domain.
We are less focused on a specific number of years of experience and more focused on the complexity and scale of programs you have successfully led.
