As the Owner's Representative Project Manager for Telecom and Low Voltage Systems, this individual serves as the primary point of contact between Owner, design consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams to ensure successful delivery of all telecom and low-voltage infrastructure across the data center campus. Daily responsibilities include overseeing the planning, design review, installation, testing, and turnover of structured cabling, fiber optic networks, security systems, DAS, access control, CCTV, and other critical communication systems. The Project Manager monitors project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues, enforce standards, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with Google's operational requirements. The role requires frequent field presence to verify construction progress, support commissioning activities, drive issue resolution, and ensure systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and ready for operation.
