• Requirements gathering and business analysis
• ERP system configuration and customization
• User support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Experience working with business stakeholders

• Software/vendor selection experience
• Process improvement and workflow optimization
• SQL, reporting, or data analysis
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor
• Integration or API experience

Day-to-Day

• Configure and maintain ERP applications
• Gather and document business requirements
• Customize ERP modules to meet business needs
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide user support
• Test system enhancements and upgrades
• Partner with business users and vendors
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives
