Enterprise Supply Chain Leadership
• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy across all sites, spanning procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, and demand planning
• Serve as the single point of accountability for supply chain cost, service levels, and performance across the network
• Build, lead, and develop the supply chain team, including the centralized procurement team, site logistics teams, and the demand planning function
• Establish common processes, systems, and KPIs so every site operates to one standard
Procurement Oversight
• Oversee the procurement function through the Senior Manager, Procurement, who owns beef, packaging, and other raw material sourcing across all sites
• Develop sourcing and risk management strategy for the beef and commodity complex, protecting margin against market volatility
• Approve major supplier agreements and lead the most strategic packer and supplier relationships
Logistics & Freight
• Oversee outbound freight and site logistics teams, driving on-time delivery, freight cost efficiency, and carrier performance across the network
• Optimize the perishable and refrigerated freight footprint, balancing service, cost, and capacity across sites
Demand Planning
• Own the demand planning function, aligning forecasting, inventory, and production planning with the commercial and operations teams
• Improve forecast accuracy and inventory turns to reduce waste and working capital while
protecting fill rates
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner across operations, sales, finance, and quality to align the supply chain with company
priorities
• Represent supply chain in leadership discussions, presenting performance, risk, and strategy
clearly and concisely
• Act as the escalation point and go-to partner for all site locations, removing roadblocks and
connecting site-level needs to enterprise decisions
