MUST:
- 3+ years of current experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience with: Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Open AI
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop for RPA solutions
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (i.e. PL-500, PL-200, or PL-400)
- Familiarity with other low-code and RPA platforms such as ServiceNow, Mendix, or Pegasystems
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to iterative delivery processes
- Understanding of low-code platform design best practices, performance considerations, and integration patterns
DAY TO DAY:
- Design and develop low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to address business automation needs and improve process efficiency
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of Power Platform and RPA solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with platform best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to achieve project goals
- Implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop and integrate them with broader low-code and enterprise systems
- Configure process-oriented application workflows and perform component, integration, and user acceptance testing within the selected low-code platform
- Customize industry-focused solution packages to help clients meet specific business objectives
- Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues, coordinating with platform support teams when needed
- Conduct peer code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design guidelines, and implementation methodology
