DAY TO DAY:

As the GEO Practice Lead, you will lead and grow our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) practice, establishing it as a core capability that supports the increasing demand for AI-first discoverability solutions across pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. This person will define the vision, strategy, and service offerings for the practice while serving as a trusted advisor to clients on GEO, AI-powered search, and the evolution of SEO.

You will partner with clients to lead strategic workshops, develop innovative solutions, and guide organizations in optimizing their presence within AI-generated search experiences. This person will build and mentor a high-performing team, create scalable methodologies, and collaborate with business development to expand client relationships and drive new opportunities.

You will be responsible for the continued growth and operational success of the practice, including developing consulting capabilities, managing financial performance, and scaling the business into a market-leading, multimillion-dollar offering.
