Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, self-funding, captive insurance, healthcare administration, client success, account management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships
  • Experience leading meetings and presentations
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits and healthcare financing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

  • Captive insurance experience
  • Self-funded health plan experience
  • Stop-loss experience
  • Underwriting or renewal experience
  • Experience managing client success or account management teams
  • Public speaking or presentation experience
