Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, self-funding, captive insurance, healthcare administration, client success, account management, or a related field
- Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships
- Experience leading meetings and presentations
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and healthcare financing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Preferred
- Captive insurance experience
- Self-funded health plan experience
- Stop-loss experience
- Underwriting or renewal experience
- Experience managing client success or account management teams
- Public speaking or presentation experience
