Position Overview

We're seeking a Social Media Manager with pharmaceutical marketing experience to lead social media strategy, video content, and digital engagement initiatives. This individual will own the planning, execution, and optimization of compliant social campaigns that support commercial objectives and increase engagement across healthcare professional and patient audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create, manage, and optimize engaging social media and video content
• Plan and execute multimedia campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement
• Manage social media calendars, publishing schedules, and campaign performance
• Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Commercial, Creative, Video Production, Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR), and external agencies to deliver compliant content
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations using social and web analytics
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and stakeholder communication
