Project Manager

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial waterproofing and restoration projects, from initial bid through final closeout. This role is heavily involved in the estimating process, including field inspections, on-screen takeoffs, proposal development, and detailed scope reviews. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing schedules, budgets, change orders, contracts, and client communication while ensuring overall project success and client satisfaction.

In addition, you will lead project execution by coordinating with Superintendents and Foremen, tracking production metrics such as time, quality, and material costs, and conducting regular job site visits and meetings to ensure QA/QC standards are met. This role also requires strong relationship-building with clients and vendors, a commitment to job site safety, and the ability to proactively resolve issues and conflicts to keep projects on track.

For candidates earlier in their careers, such as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent with strong construction fundamentals, this role offers the opportunity to be trained into a full Project Manager/Estimator position. You'll work alongside experienced team members to develop your estimating skills, learn the waterproofing trade, and gain hands-on experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal growth candidate has the ability to read construction drawings and specifications, understands general construction processes, and is eager to build a long-term career in commercial waterproofing and restoration.
