IT Integration Lead – ERP Migration (Cloud Platform)

Position Overview

The IT Integration Lead is responsible for driving the technical integration, and cutover execution for the transition of 3rd Party Integrations from a legacy ERP system to a modern, cloud‑based ERP platform. This role serves as the central point of coordination across internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems, and an efficient go‑live process. The IT Integration Lead will define the cutover steps for the 3rd party integrations and oversee the timeline and coordination of execution.


Key Responsibilities

Integration

  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions connecting the new cloud-based ERP system with internal and third‑party applications.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of integration specifications and interface monitoring processes.

ERP Migration

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate ingestion or output success, resolve discrepancies, and support iterative test cycles for integrations.
  • Manage integration-related defect tracking, resolution, and testing across SIT, UAT, and performance testing.

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between the organization and external ERP vendors, integration partners, and consulting teams.
  • Facilitate weekly technical working sessions, oversee vendor deliverables, and ensure alignment across all project activities.
  • Escalate issues and drive cross‑team collaboration to resolve integration, data, or cutover challenges.

Cutover Planning & Execution

  • Build and manage the end‑to‑end cutover plan, including tasks, dependencies, checkpoints, and contingency strategies.
  • Coordinate technical resources during mock cutovers and go‑live activities, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track cutover progress, communicate status updates to leadership, and ensure all cutover steps meet quality and timing expectations.

Project Leadership & Communication

  • Provide leadership across cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, finance, HCM and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate risks, timelines, and technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
