The Foreman will be supporting electrical construction and maintenance projects within a correctional facility. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead a small two-person crew, working directly alongside an Electrical Installer to complete installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain electrical systems safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work and is comfortable leading by example in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing conduit and cable tray systems, wiring and terminating electrical equipment, troubleshooting electrical issues, performing testing and inspections, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with NEC requirements and site safety standards.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys being in the field, mentoring less experienced electricians, and taking ownership of projects from installation through completion.
