Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project/program management
- Strong experience leading complex cross-functional technology or data programs
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint execution
- Experience with data platforms (Snowflake) and cloud technologies (AWS S3, SageMaker)
- Familiarity with DBT and ML pipeline development
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity and resolve cross-team issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Experience with marketing measurement / MMM platforms
- Experience supporting data science teams and MLOps workflows
- Experience with large-scale platform implementations, migrations, or support model transitions
