Must Haves:

–           10+ Year of professional experience within IT with a recent focus on AI

–           Experience leading a team or project

–           Experience with custom AI solutions, creating vision, providing guidance

–           Experience building out an agent harness/AI harness

–           Enterprise level experience

–           Ability to act as a lead but also be hands on with some software engineering: reviewing pull requests, reviews etc.

–           A product management vision

Day to Day:

This person will be joining an AI front end engineering team. The team size will be 4-5 people and will include a few engineers who moved over from existing teams and a few new engineers. The team will have 1 mid level engineer, 2 senior, 1 dev lead, and possibly one other. This person will act almost as the “tech lead” over the team. The project will include building a new agent harness. EX: the iterative environment, tools, and guardrails surrounding an AI model—transforms a chatbot into an autonomous worker. The core build consists of an execution loop where the model is given custom tools, and you build a safety gatekeeper, persistence layer, and context manager around it. This will include focus on run time, deploying to web, working with agents/sub agents/ etc.
