Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Conduct product demos and present business value to HR and People leaders
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
- Partner with SDRs, marketing, and leadership to drive revenue growth
- Accurately forecast and manage opportunities within the CRM
- Develop expertise in employee benefits, HR technology, and the competitive landscape
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably within HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Desire to move into a full-cycle closing role
- Experience selling to HR, People Operations, Talent, or Benefits teams is a plus
- Highly motivated, coachable, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
