MUST:

• 7+ years as quality engineering experience 
• 3 + years minimum of AI Native experience within quality engineering + can showcase that experience 
• Experience leveraging Claude to build frameworks is required 
• Development experience around big data
• Ability to spin up MCP clusters
• Experience and ability to build out ML frameworks for analytics team to scale fast
• Context engineering 
• Ability to build continuous test pipelines 
• has developer mindest for building frameworks from architectural infra as code and also being able to leverage frameworks to develop scripts 
• Understand pyspak/pandas
• Ability to build frameworks to enable ui driven engineering to connect to big query 
• Comes from FANG companies (Facebook/Meta, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google)
• Experience testing the frameworks (don’t have to have tested the applications)
• ML/Ops Driven Mindest 
• Masters or bachelors degree 
• Must come from the quality space (needs to understand quality automation engineering) (but doesn’t need to have exp with framework development)

• Ability and desire to help the team to be proactive in evaluating next gen tools + Help drive ai native quality

  • How do you build a test harness in your coverage
  • If your coverage has failures how to you build smarter feedback loops in automation phase, take that feedback and turn into insights?
  • Concepts: if this fails we need impact classification/prioritization classification to make sure analytics captured are high quality 
• Hands on experience working with selenium sdk’s 
• Coding in java, javascript, python, etc
• Experience with test planning, test execution, test automation, and acceptance testing in an Agile environment

Our international entertainment client is seeking a Senior AI Native Automation Engineer to join their part of the Data & Insights Group. Within this group you would be on the Measurement Operations team which plays a crucial part of our success. This team tests across up to 45 different devices and 50 countries and are looking for expertise to come in and help support both legacy and next gen projects/transformations. 

More specifically you will:

• Build and maintain automated test solutions using Selenium SDKs and related automation tools.
• Design test harnesses that improve test coverage, scalability, and reliability.
• Analyze test failures and create smarter feedback loops that convert automation results into actionable quality insights.
• Define impact and prioritization classifications for defects to ensure high-quality analytics and reporting.
• Apply AI-native quality engineering practices to improve test coverage, defect detection, and automation efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging AI-powered testing tools and recommend opportunities to advance quality engineering capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to identify risks and ensure coverage of critical user journeys.
• Support testing across a diverse device landscape, validating functionality across multiple devices, platforms, and global markets.
• Contribute to both legacy and next-generation platforms, supporting modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Continuously improve automation processes, test effectiveness, and quality outcomes through proactive exploration and innovation.
