Our fast growing healthcare client in NJ is seeking an Inpatient Auditor to join their team remotely and full time basis. The HIM Coding Quality Reviewer & Educator oversees the evaluation and improvement of coding accuracy and documentation quality across Health Information Management operations. This position is responsible for auditing medical records, coding assignments, and related billing activities to verify adherence to coding conventions, reimbursement requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. In addition, the role supports the professional development of coding personnel by providing education, guidance, and training on industry best practices, policy changes, and coding updates. Through ongoing quality monitoring and staff development, this position contributes to stronger coding outcomes, compliance, and revenue cycle effectiveness.
