Must Haves

• Experience managing or stewarding asset, catalog, SKU, or CMDB data
• Ability to normalize, standardize, and validate asset metadata at scale
• Hands‑on experience working in ServiceNow (CMDB, Asset, Catalog, or related modules)
• Strong analytical skills for identifying data gaps, anomalies, and lifecycle trends
• Clear communication skills for partnering with procurement, vendors, and internal teams

Plusses

• 2+ years with ServiceNow HAM, SAM Pro, or CMDB
• Familiarity with ITIL, asset lifecycle governance, and audit/compliance processes
• Experience with SKU mapping, vendor metadata, and catalog governance
• Background supporting procurement, sourcing, or financial reconciliation
• Ability to build dashboards, audit logs, or KPI reporting

Day‑to‑Day

• Normalize and standardize asset, model, vendor, and SKU metadata
• Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure SKUs map correctly to models, vendors, and procurement items
• Govern asset data within ServiceNow, including catalog items, workflows, and approval flows
• Perform QA on asset records, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrections
• Analyze lifecycle trends to support refresh planning and budget forecasting
• Partner with procurement and vendor teams to align metadata and onboard new products
• Maintain audit‑ready records and support compliance activities
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team on data quality issues and workflow enhancements
• Produce dashboards, logs, and KPIs for leadership visibility
