MUSTS:
- BA / BS in Finance, Accounting, or related degree+ not hoppy
- 8 + years of experience within Treasury/cash management/middle office banking/settlements
- Securities and derivatives settlement experience
- Experience working with custodians, trustees, and bank counterparties in corporate, insurance, or asset management environments
- Very strong knowledge of custody and trust accounts accounts that hold investments.
- Work for a bank/financial institution/insurance institution within treasury
- Super eager + Strong communication- will interact with c suite
- Knowledge on some of these topics within banking/treasury

DAY TO DAY: Our fast paced and fast growing client is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead the day-to-day treasury operations for a dynamic insurance organization, overseeing liquidity management, cash positioning, custody and trust account activity, and funding strategies to support efficient capital deployment. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Investments, Legal, Risk, and external banking partners to drive operational excellence, optimize treasury processes, and strengthen financial controls. Oversee collateral management, investment settlement activity, and banking relationships while supporting strategic initiatives around treasury systems, automation, and cash management. Play a key role in maintaining strong governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the organization’s overall treasury infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
