Data Analyst x2

Seeking a hands-on contractor to help improve and scale reporting, data, and operational processes across multiple international markets. This role will support the development, standardization, and automation of recurring reporting processes that today require significant manual effort from finance and reporting teams. The contractor will work across business, finance, and reporting teams to help build scalable reporting solutions, improve data workflows, support dashboard enhancements, and drive operational efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate is execution-oriented, comfortable working through operational and reporting challenges, and able to balance day-to-day support activities with longer-term process improvement initiatives in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboard Support

• Support development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recurring operational and financial reporting.

• Build, reconcile, and improve reporting outputs across Power BI dashboards, Excel files, source systems, and business reporting processes.

• Identify reporting inconsistencies, data quality gaps, data cleanup needs, and process inefficiencies, and help drive solutions through resolution.

• Support dashboard enhancements, KPI consistency, and reporting usability improvements across markets.

• Assist with recurring reporting activities that currently require significant manual effort, with a focus on improving scalability and efficiency over time.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, standardize reporting processes, and reduce manual effort.

• Support data cleanup, validation, and standardization efforts across reporting inputs and source systems to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.

• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, Power Query, Excel automation, or related technologies where applicable.

• Help establish repeatable reporting processes, templates, trackers, and governance practices that improve operational consistency and reporting accuracy.

• Partner with business and technical teams to improve reporting workflows and operational data processes.

Stakeholder Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate across finance teams, market stakeholders, and reporting/data teams to support timely delivery of reporting and process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain clear tracking of open issues, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively across both business and technical stakeholders.

• Help drive accountability and momentum across projects, operational tasks, and reporting deliverables.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of experience in reporting, data management, business operations, finance operations, project management, or related roles.

• Strong experience working with Excel, Power BI, and recurring business reporting processes.

• Experience building, improving, or supporting dashboards and operational reporting solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate data issues and improve reporting processes.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across business and technical teams.

• Strong written communication, organization, and status reporting skills.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Automate, Power Query, SQL, or workflow automation tools.

• Experience improving reporting operations, workflow efficiency, or reporting governance processes.

• Experience supporting international or multi-market business operations.

• Prior experience in QSR, retail, franchise, or consumer-facing businesses is a plus.
