We are hiring a Vice President of Pharmacy Success to own and scale the customer success organization for a high-growth healthcare technology platform. This executive will set retention, expansion, and satisfaction strategy, lead and grow the success team, and serve as the internal voice of the customer across Product, Sales, and Marketing. The role pairs strategic ownership of core revenue and health metrics with hands-on execution and direct partnership with the executive team.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and own the customer success strategy driving adoption, retention, and reduced churn.
• Build, lead, and mentor the success organization, including managers and specialists.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion in partnership with Sales.
• Own NPS, CSAT, CLTV, NRR, and churn, and report customer health to the executive team.
• Map and optimize the customer lifecycle with data-driven engagement models.
• Channel customer feedback into product direction and company strategy.
