You’ll define scalable CI/CD and identity reference architectures to support a large‑scale migration from Azure Pipelines to GitHub Actions. You’ll establish consistent, least‑privilege secret management practices, design reusable deployment patterns, and create governance models that reduce friction for application teams. You’ll partner with engineering groups to de‑risk the migration of thousands of pipelines, prevent long‑term technical debt, and ensure the organization adopts secure, maintainable, and efficient GitHub‑based delivery workflows.
