Key Responsibilities:
- Define/execute global partnership strategy; build inbound + outbound pipeline
- Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team; set KPIs
- Lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations (commercial terms, rev-share, API integration, co-marketing)
- Partner with Legal/Finance/Compliance on regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, AML, PSD2/open banking)
- Own QBRs, KPI dashboards, executive cadences; monitor partner health and churn risk
- Act as voice of partner internally; present strategy to C-suite and Board
