Acting as product lead to support the delivery of major strategic enablement and growth initiatives. The product lead will partner with the Product Managers and Product Owners across multiple domain areas (Allocations, Planning, Inventory Management, Supply Chain) to ensure a coherent and complete set of planned changes to achieve the program goals and off-price business objectives. Working in conjunction with a delivery lead, they will ensure there are no gaps in the overall solution or data flowing between the applications.

The role will entail ensuring a coherent approach from a functionality, process and business change perspective. As well as facilitating and overseeing the coordination of a coherent set of functional changes, the product lead will be central in partnering with the business to shape how the intended changes will land with their teams. They will actively research gaps in approach/process and help to define and drive accountability to address and resolve those gaps. Furthermore, they will identify opportunities to encourage simplification and streamlining of work, and help to socialize and land these outcomes with the business stakeholders
