Enterprise Account Manager

You will operate with full ownership of your book of business, partnering with internal teams and executive stakeholders to align customer goals with platform capabilities and act as a strategic advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with responsibility for retention, expansion, and revenue growth
  • Build and execute multi-year account strategies aligned to customer objectives and product roadmap
  • Lead renewals and expansion opportunities end-to-end, including pipeline development, pricing, negotiation, and close
  • Partner with technical and product teams to drive adoption and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct executive business reviews tying platform value to business impact
  • Forecast pipeline and revenue performance with accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Go-To-Market, and Finance teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Contribute to internal best practices, knowledge sharing, and team enablement

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years in account management, customer success, or SaaS sales
  • At least 3 years managing enterprise or global accounts
  • Demonstrated success driving renewals and expansion within complex organizations
  • Experience negotiating multi-year SaaS agreements and engaging executive stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
  • Data-driven approach with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
  • High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with subscription billing, revenue operations, or CPQ tools (e.g., CRM/ERP platforms)
  • Background in payments or financial technology environments
  • Familiarity with multi-product SaaS expansion strategies (cross-sell, upsell, pricing optimization)
  • Advanced business education (MBA or equivalent)
