We are seeking a senior-level BI & Enterprise Analytics Engineer with deep Splash BI and Oracle EBS Finance expertise who can step in immediately, protect ongoing delivery, and operate with minimal hand holding in a complex Finance IT environment. This role will own the architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions supporting Retail Finance. The ideal candidate brings proven experience navigating production systems, tight timelines, and audit‑sensitive data while providing steady technical leadership across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and stabilize enterprise Splash BI implementations, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuity of delivery
- Act as hands-on expert for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including data structures, financial processes, and reporting use cases
- Design, build, and optimize Oracle‑to‑BI data integrations using advanced SQL and scalable patterns
- Own end‑to‑end BI architecture and technical design, making informed decisions with minimal oversight
- Quickly assess existing solutions and protect in‑flight delivery commitments in a live production environment
- Provide hands‑on production BI support, including release planning, cutover execution, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Ensure strong Finance data controls, reconciliation, and compliance with audit and reporting standards
- Partner directly with Finance, Accounting, and Audit stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and trust
- Create, maintain, and enhance runbooks, technical documentation, and support processes
- Serve as senior technical lead, influencing standards and mentoring other engineers as needed
- Communicate clearly and effectively in complex, global, cross‑functional environments
