HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager will oversee and lead all HR functions across the organization, partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, payroll oversight, performance management, employee relations, and terminations. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives related to compensation, benefits, training, and compliance, while ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws. Additionally, this individual will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on policies, resolving workplace issues, supporting talent development, maintaining HRIS records, and driving a high-performance, employee-focused culture.
