Head of Marketing

Own and scale brand, growth, and performance marketing for a high-growth DTC business. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across brand, funnel optimization, and paid growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across all channels
  • Build and optimize high-converting marketing funnels (ad → landing page → checkout)
  • Plan and execute scalable campaigns (product launches, seasonal, partnerships)
  • Own growth strategy, budget allocation, and channel performance (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Develop repeatable campaign playbooks and scalable marketing systems
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels and partnerships
  • Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations

Qualifications

  • Experience managing $10M+ marketing budgets
  • Proven track record scaling a DTC brand to $100M+ revenue
  • Strong leadership experience building high-performing teams
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle (email/SMS), and CRO
  • Highly analytical; fluent in funnel metrics and cohort data
  • Strong copy and creative instincts
