Own and scale brand, growth, and performance marketing for a high-growth DTC business. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across brand, funnel optimization, and paid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across all channels
- Build and optimize high-converting marketing funnels (ad → landing page → checkout)
- Plan and execute scalable campaigns (product launches, seasonal, partnerships)
- Own growth strategy, budget allocation, and channel performance (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Develop repeatable campaign playbooks and scalable marketing systems
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and partnerships
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations
Qualifications
- Experience managing $10M+ marketing budgets
- Proven track record scaling a DTC brand to $100M+ revenue
- Strong leadership experience building high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle (email/SMS), and CRO
- Highly analytical; fluent in funnel metrics and cohort data
- Strong copy and creative instincts
