Must Haves:

• 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, focusing on Azure-based solutions.
• Strong experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
• Required knowledge in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformation and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cosmos DB and other Azure data storage solutions.
• Data Modeling, Data Classification and zones, data movement, Data architecture and reporting

Plusses:

• Experience or understanding of working in digital marketing or ecommerce data domain preferred.
• Previous experience in Power BI
• Ability to do discovery on existing tools and data flow and recommending data model a plus

Day to Day:

The ideal candidate for this role has 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience. Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
