We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/SPW) expertise to support a fast‑paced retail/grocery organization. This role is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end demand, portfolio, project, and resource management solutions within ServiceNow and ensuring the platform supports enterprise decision‑making.

The successful candidate will enable enterprise‑wide visibility into demand intake, portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery execution, with Resource and Capacity Management being critical. The role includes configuring Demand Management, SPM/SPW, Project Portfolio Management, Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP), and supporting seasonal and scenario‑based “what‑if” planning common to retail operations.

The position also requires building modern user experiences using UI Builder, leveraging Now Assist where appropriate, and designing third‑party integrations with financial, agile, and retail or ERP systems. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development skills with the ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable work while maintaining trusted portfolio and capacity data.
