· Provide high-level insights to support content optimization and improved field execution.

Distributor Communications & Contact Data Management

· Maintain distributor communication lists within Campaign Monitor, including routine cleanup.

· Own distributor contact directories and Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) mappings.

· Reconcile distributor contact data with internal reporting systems (BI, CPM) to ensure alignment across platforms.

Execution Tools, SKU & POG Administration

· Maintain SKU accuracy across internal execution tools (REP), including images, descriptions, exclusivity, and user access.

· Support planogram (POG) enhancements for top Key Accounts.

· Maintain SKU parameters across global execution, audit, and compliance systems (PSA, Drive, GET), including core/non-core designation and share updates.

Compliance, Disputes & Operational Support

· Review and resolve distributor execution and audit disputes through internal compliance platforms (Perfect Store / PSA).

· Deliver monthly reporting on dispute trends and resolution.

· Update and distribute audit agency training materials monthly to ensure alignment with current execution standards.

· Monitor shared execution inboxes (WingTips, PAT, Drive) daily and route issues to appropriate teams.

Continuous Improvement & Stretch Initiatives

· Identify enhancement opportunities across execution calculators and tools.

· Analyze incentive engagement trends, including submission quality and acceptance rates.

· Support ad hoc leadership requests related to execution mechanics, pricing scenarios, and field readiness.
