This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fabrication projects, from estimating and quoting through execution on the shop floor. The position focuses on reviewing project specifications and drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, and creating detailed shop routers to ensure work flows efficiently through welding and structural fabrication processes. Working closely with operations, purchasing, and project management, this individual will help optimize manufacturing workflows, support production with hands-on problem solving, and ensure all projects meet quality, cost, and delivery expectations. This is a highly collaborative, onsite role within a small, team-oriented environment where taking initiative and continuously improving processes is key to success.
