DAY TO DAY:

As a member of the Cyber Security Software Engineering group, you will work within a small, nimble product engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade security software products from the ground up. The team develops in-house solutions that replace costly third-party tools, providing greater flexibility, lower operational costs, and the ability to rapidly add new capabilities.

This role will focus on contributing to the development of a new security product that is replacing an existing industry product that has been widely used across the organization for the past 10 years. The current tool supports more than 1,600 teams and represents a significant annual cost to the company. The new platform is being built internally to maintain feature parity while enabling new security capabilities and improvements for end users.

Success Metrics (3–6 Months)

• Deliver complex Spring Boot features end-to-end.
• Reduce defect backlog and resolve priority incidents.
• No critical, or high defects to production system. Maintains 95% test coverage.
• Demonstrate strong cross-team technical leadership.
