Bachs degree is supply chain, operations, business, or related field

3-5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse operations

Experience in consumer package goods (CPG), fragrance, beauty or similar high volume fulfillment environments

WMS experience- they use ShipO which is super basic, moving to shopify

Experience with Ecom, dropship, EDI

The distribution center is pretty light they are growing in ecomm and their process is pretty simple right now

They will have under 20 people in the distribution

Its a brand new building

They are responsible for leading the day to day operations of the company's distribution center, ensuring finished products are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped efficiently and accurately. The role oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping coordination and team leadership to deliver a best in class customer fulfillment experience
