Overview
Remote role supporting automation workflows between ServiceNow and Jira. Focuses on maintaining, configuring, and improving automation processes while providing basic operational support across systems and infrastructure.
Must‑Haves
• Knowledge of ServiceNow automation principles
• Knowledge of Jira automation principles and general Jira administration
• Ability to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot automation workflows
• Basic understanding of IT systems, backups, recovery, and batch monitoring
• Strong communication and ability to follow established procedures
Plusses
• Experience implementing automation strategies
• Exposure to hardware/software support (servers, desktops, storage)
• Prior experience with ServiceNow–Jira integrations
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
