Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Talent Systems team, the Talent Systems Support Contractor will provide hands-on support across several in-flight HR technology initiatives. This role is execution-focused and designed to accelerate delivery through testing, documentation, data cleanup, and system support activities during a period of high volume and change.
Key Responsibilities – SuccessFactors Support
– Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of training materials, job aids, and user documentation for SuccessFactors modules
– Assist with system testing, including test case execution, validation of outcomes, and documentation of issues
– Support updates to existing documentation to reflect current system configuration and processes
Key Responsibilities – Employee Filing System Launch
– Support testing activities for the new employee filing/document management system
– Assist with document migration from legacy filing systems to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
– Support the cleanup of the current backlog of unfiled employee documents, including indexing, categorization, and quality checks
– Follow established data handling and confidentiality standards when working with employee records
Key Responsibilities – Payroll & Benefits Platform Support
– Provide configuration support under guidance from internal system owners
– Create and update process documentation and reference materials related to payroll and benefits systems
– Assist with testing and documentation related to payroll or benefits system updates, as needed
General Systems & Project Support
– Maintain clear documentation of work completed, issues identified, and items requiring escalation
– Partner with Talent Systems team members to meet project timelines and deliverables
– Support ad hoc system-related tasks during implementation and stabilization phases
Qualifications & Experience
– 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems, HRIS, or HR operations
– Experience with SuccessFactors strongly preferred
– Familiarity with employee data management and HR compliance concepts
– Strong written communication skills, particularly for documentation and training materials
– High attention to detail and ability to work independently

– This is a temporary/contract role focused on execution and delivery
– Role does not include long-term strategy ownership or people management
– Access to sensitive employee data requires discretion and adherence to data privacy standards
